Tonight for supper, I thought I would grab leftover food I had in my fridge and put it all together as a casserole. It turned out pretty good! I decided to call it….
SHMORGISHBORG SHEPHERD’S PIE
♦ 1/2 lb. of cooked ground turkey (seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
♦ 1/2 cup of red kidney beans
♦ 1/4 cup of feta cheese
♦ 1 cup of chopped steamed broccoli
♦ 1 baked Sweet potato, Mashed.
Layer the ingredients in that order. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
