Yesterday I started week 6 of Insanity and complete my 3rd fit test. Here are the results:
I did better in everything except for the Power Knees exercise, but it could be because I'm doing the power knees exercise more thoroughly this time around? I'm not sure, but I'm happy with the overall results!
Also, I weighed myself yesterday and I'm down to 147.8. That is a total of 20 pounds lost so far!!
I started Month #2 of insanity this week. I thought the first month was intense but nothing compares to what I had to do today. Each day in Month 2, the workout is about 1 hour instead of 40 minutes, and they PUSH you HARD! I never knew there could be so many different types of push-ups!
I've been feeling weaker and I think I'm going to boost up my calorie intake by adding a protein drink after my workouts. I'll be looking into some healthy protein drinks and let you know what one I end up going with!
